The spouse, directors, business partner, parent, child, or sibling of any persons specified above.
Your entry into the referral campaign and or/your acceptance of the SPARK Credit (if you earn it) constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions on behalf of yourself or any person you nominate.
For the SPARK Parent/Guardian to earn the referral credit, the referred person must be fully enrolled before 8 November 2023 in any grade at any SPARK School. All documentation and payments (Application fee will be waived, only 1st month’s tuition is applicable) must be submitted, a parent enrolment contract signed and confirmation of enrolment received by email. Where applicable, you are responsible for ensuring we receive your entry before the referral campaign closure. Only entries that are received by us prior to the closure of the campaign will be eligible to participate, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date. Should any of the information provided by you in relation to this referral campaign prove to be incorrect, invalid, false and misleading, your entry shall be disregarded, and you will be further prohibited from any entry.
Any costs or expenses you may incur other than those specifically included in the credit are for your account.
The referral credit is not exchangeable or substitutable, nor transferable for cash.
By participating in this referral campaign, you consent to and understand that the information or personal data you disclose to us will be shared with our employees, contractors or agents for this competition and to share future promotions.
Personal data will be used in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 and will not be disclosed to any other third parties without your consent.
We require you to provide us with additional information and documentation as we may reasonably require to process, confirm and facilitate your acceptance or use of the referral cashback. You will forfeit the credit if you refuse to provide us with the requested information or documentation.
We and our affiliates will not be responsible for any harm, damage, loss or claim relating to the provision of any element of a prize or any changes to a prize that may be made at any time.
If your referral is successful, you will be notified by means of the contact details provided to us.
You agree that your participation in the campaign and acceptance or use of a prize, or any aspect thereof, is at your own risk.
You acknowledge that the acceptance and use of the credit are subject to the provision that all of the terms and conditions will apply to you.
If you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions, then without prejudice to any other remedy which we may have:
you will be automatically disqualified, and you will forfeit the credit (in the event that you have already won a prize);
you will pay us for any loss or damage incurred by us directly or indirectly as a result of your non-compliance, including all of our legal costs which we may incur in taking any steps pursuant to your non-compliance.
SPARK Schools and the judges’ decision concerning the competition or arising out of these terms and conditions is final and binding on you, nominees, and those who share a prize, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern these terms and conditions.
