We can only confirm a child’s enrolment when we receive both the application fee and first month’s fee. Your child’s enrolment will not be secure until we receive both fees, and enrolment is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If both fees have not been paid, your child’s space at SPARK may be given away.
“ Why is it important for scholars to eat healthily?”, you might ask.
Research has shown that children are able to learn better when they’re well-nourished and eating healthy meals has been linked to higher marks, improved memory and alertness, and faster information processing. Therefore we encourage our parents to partner with us to provide our scholars with healthy food to fuel their learning.
Please see the Lunch guideline at the top of the page for a suggested list of healthy lunches and snacks. The list is not exhaustive, so please check with your scholar’s school if you are unsure of what to pack for daily snack and lunch.

SPARK Schools offers a personalised learning model of education. This model ensures that each scholar receives the academic attention that they require as an individual through one-on-one and small group learning during the school day. In the Grade R classes we have no more than 25 scholars, and in Grade 1 and upwards we have no more than 32 scholars however each of these scholars are receiving the academic attention that they require. Please read more about our Learning Model here.
All SPARK schools do offer extra-mural activities. These are not included in the fees. Kindly contact your SPARK school directly to enquire about this. You can find all contact numbers for our SPARK schools here https://www.sparkschools.co.za/schools.
